The death of the premier of a country is kept a secret by Deputy Premier Gregor Kamirov. He forces the double of the premier, called "Gemini" to pose as premier. Especially for an announcement on TV which is scheduled in 2 days time where "the premier" is going to announce his retirement and his successor: Deputy Premier Kamirov. The IMF is further informed about Kamirov's indecent plans for the future as leader of the country and that he plans to kill Gemini. The more reliable Anton Massik is the preferred man to take the premier’s place.

Posing as entertainers Jim and Willy get huge metal cases through the customs. Part of the show is a robot looking exactly as the premier and reacting as programmed. In the meantime Barney has rescued Gemini from his cell and replaced him with a dummy hanging down from a rope. Kamirov and the chief of security take it for Gemini’s suicide and decide to rely on the programmed robot which is looking so real. Jim is forced to provide the robot for the TV show. Paris disguised as the robot takes over moving to the seat like a robot moves. In the speech he announces free elections. Kamirov rushes to the front, interrupts the speech and tries to prove the speaker as a fake and the speech as non valid. He tears on Paris' arm to prove that it is a false like he has seen it during Jim's demonstration of the robot – now clearly holding on to a human's arm.
