"Good morning, Mr. Phelps. General Aragas, regent of the Kingdom of Sardia, plans to murder young King Victor and make it appear that the boy's uncle, Grand Duke Clement of Montego, was responsible for the crime. By disposing of the royal family in this way, General Aragas will make himself permanent ruler .... that would engulf the whole region in war. Your mission, Jim, should you decide to accept it, is to stop Arags. As always .... "

King Victor trusts Aragas above all others and believes that Clement wishes to harm him, especially as Clement orders him to be taken away of Aragas' influence. The young King fights him the more so that Clement decides to allow him to be brought back to Aragas. Barney's gas he has put in a container into their car is released by remote control at a place the IMF can stop the car by a truck loaded with hay. As the driver also gets asleep, they remove the sleeping boy out of the car and take him to a gypsy camp. Every place in the country is searched for to find the young king. 

The Gypsies seem to enjoy to explain the spoiled boy how they plan to hide him from those who are after his life: By disguising him as a girl. Gitano Paris tries to sell the young king to Aragas and is arrested. Aragas follows the gypsies to an abandoned warehouse - the boy still thinking that Clement is after him and still trusting Aragas. In the warehouse Aragas seems to be alone with him for a moment and wants to frame Celment for the murder of King Victor. As he fires at the disbelieving boy, the bullets hit an unbreakable glass wall between them.
