After the death of his father Alexi Kerkoska intends to obtain a list from his sister, Anna, revealing the names pro western agents', who are working against him and his country's policy. He needs to secure his power in the country but does not intend to share too much of it with her. When Jim's sister Dana is "captured" by Paris, a pro western agent, Jim (visiting the country) is forced to work together with pro-Westerners in order to save his sister.

The man who has abducted his sister (Paris) makes contact with Jim at a festival given by Alexi. Paris, wearing a gray wig and moustaches, gives a paper to a servant, in order to get the information to Jim where he is expected to meet him. The note is read by the security forces, too. At the meeting in the phone boot of the market place the security first cannot listen to the conversation because Paris has music playing covering their voices. But the security forces manage to filter the tones by working on the tape and eliminating the music. Now they know what it is all about: Their "plan" is to take out Anna from the country. And they force Jim to support them by holding his sister.

Everybody is sure that the Westerners' plan has no chance to succeed because they know all of their moves now. As the security pursues Paris, a worker puts down a huge box before a van – just behind the blackmailer/Paris, after he's entered a small passage. He gives his best to remove it to make way for the security to follow the man. After changing his coat and disposing his wig and beard and after the box is removed, Paris, carrying a box, comes out of the passage. When he is asked, he tries to remember where the man with the gray hair went, but admits that he did not pay attention.

While the security is chasing through the passage, Willy and Paris leave in the van. The pursue of the man with gray hair gives room for the real IMF plan: Paris has arranged for a funeral of a distinguished hero of the revolution. His last wishes: To be buried at a certain cemetery and Alexi's and Anna's presence. Anna hardly leaves the estate where she lives, but now it is her duty to attend the ceremony.

Since Jim’s arrival, Jim and Anna are seeing each other regularly. They fall in love. Having gained her trust Jim can convince Anna to take along the list to the funeral. Alexi is taken care of, Paris disguises as Alexi and makes sure the way for Anna and Jim to leave is safe. The country borders are secured by electronic devices and mines in the gates which blow up when in contact with something else. The van Jim and Anna entered is pursued by the police, but Barney has prepared a car built so that it can go at with high speed and so low that it can pass underneath the gate. As the van stops and turns, Anna and Jim race out of the back of the van in this special car, passing the border underneath the highly secured gate.
