Mankind is entering a future of unlimited possibilities. The 21st century visionaries are called futurists. Arco Santee is a town without streets and without cars in the middle of a desert, a nearly self contained environment.  The builders are convinced they build the city of the future. The emphasis is placed on using less resources.

Computers will be built to think for themselves. Life-spans will be increased. Our concept of the universe is changing. As it does our concept of ourselves and our place in the universe is also changing.

Space colonies - we could make these things happen before the year 2000.
