Mr. McCardle is visited by Mr. Malone, a young reporter who's interested in new challenges. Since McCardle is aware of a scientists meting in the evening he sends Malone there to investigate about a planned trip for South America: To discover the Lost World where real Dinosaurs are assumed to have survived there. 

In that meeting professor challenger insists in being believed that he has discovered dinosaurs in a lost world. He is challenged by professor Summerlan on grounds of missing proof. A sportsman and explorer, John Roxman, is interested in joining the planed expedition. So is Mr. Malone, who promises the support of Mr. McCardle for the extraordinary search. 

An adventure begins. 
Through the jungles by boat or on foot, encountering dangers all around them, the exploring Party manages the impossible: They bring along evidence. All is followed intensively by Mr. McCardle who's frequently reading the latest reports at home. 

 

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's play is being brought to life in an exciting way. The audience is taken along for a highly interesting experience in the jungle, in the courtroom or while the characters are involved in personal conversations.
