Mr. Spock meets his young self!

On July, 25 at ComicCon in San Diego, J J Abrams - the Star Trek XI would be director - announced that Leonard Nimoy will be in the movie as Spock. Actor Zachary Quinto will play young Spock.

Q: By the first person at the microphone Leonard Nimoy is thanked for so many years of entertainment.
LN response: Thank you!

Q: The way he wore the jacket while singing Bilbo Baggins was outstanding, was added.
LN: We were some 25 years ahead with BB. (Laughing)

Q: What does he say about the choice of casting?
LN: People have been asking me: Why am I doing this movie? The answer is pretty simple: I think we have a great script, a wonderful actor, the young Spock, the answer is: It was logical. (Laughter) By the way: I should mention the fabulous script. I mean that. I don’t say things like this lightly. A wonderful script and a great team putting it together.
