Professor Karagigian arrives at the base where the Primortals are checked by medical staff and brings news: Jess, Stewart, Mr. MacMahon and the Primortals are reported to be dead by the government. Zeerus is in Parmistan and the government tries to get the knowledge of Primaster.
This Primaster cannot do this- it is not to be handled by humans.
Since Earthers are not part of the Galactic Community Primaster can only reveal this:

From the beginning my ancestors underestimated your world. But when we learned about the oncoming ecological disaster the decision was taken to save species and bring them to our planet. Suddenly a transporter ship accidentally got off course and was hurdled out of hyperspace. The drastic impact on planet earth caused fires, clouds and a total imbalance of all nature. Nearly all lifeforms were destroyed. Since then the Majae decided never to intervene with another planet again.
It was a miracle to the Majae that life developed as such after the impact at all.
Then - over many millions of years - the various species developed.
Mr. MacMahon wonders how it then could have happened that Zeerus turned out to be a criminal. Primaster is aware that they have helped them to grow intelligent but some remained in their original desires: To have power over others.
Stewart does not understand: If the ecological disaster was caused by the Majae, why had they known of it before? - Because the ecological disaster is still to come.
