Actor Leonard Nimoy turns 75

A review how fandom begun in the late 60s with some observations on Star Trek and fandom: The strongest emotion shown by the character he portrayed in tar Trek materialized in a raised eyebrow. Real Spock-fans are recognized by the fact that they hate Kirk and to play Spock was the character-role of his life - a fact surprising only for him, not for most of the fans.
